Location: Sparta, NC

Salary: $20/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and one weekend day per month in our storefront.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Shipping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products reach customers efficiently, accurately, and joyfully. Key responsibilities include:

  • Picking and packing orders with precision and care.
  • Processing and facilitating inventory transfers between the fulfillment center and storefront.
  • Keeping shelves stocked and organized to streamline order fulfillment.
  • Wrapping and labeling soap.
  • Assembling specialty products.
  • Keeping the department organized and tidy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to complete repetitive tasks with precision and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to outstanding customer experience.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven and flexible with a high degree of reliability.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with Mac computers is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
