Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including one weekend day per month

JOB DESCRIPTION

This dual-role position is integral to the presentation of our products and the maintenance of our production standards.

As a Packaging Specialist, you will:

• Package soap, box sets, and mini soap packs, adhering to high company standards.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all products meet expectations.
• Utilize the FIFO (First In, First Out) method for managing inventory.
• Package and organize free soap samples.
• Prepare and box products for transfer to our other facilities and deliver these transfers as needed.

As a Production Assistant, you will:

• Wash, organize, and store all soap making tools such as soap molds, pitchers, and whisks, ensuring they are ready for use each day.
• Assist with unloading material deliveries.
• Support the production team as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to efficiently complete repetitive tasks with precision and accuracy.
• Capability to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required.
